What happens after you send this

A person reads it. Your request goes to the B-LineXpress reservations team, not to an automated price list. They look at the trip as you described it: where, when, how many travelling and how much luggage.
You get a firm price. The reply is a price for the whole vehicle and the whole trip, not a per-seat fare, with the vehicle it is for. If anything about the trip needs checking, they ask before they quote.
Nothing is booked until you say so. Sending this request does not reserve a car or charge a card. If the price works for you, confirm it and the trip is booked; if your plans change, there is nothing to cancel.
